I have really been busy the last couple of days, had to work on Monday, dental appointment, and then met my good friend, Sonnie to have dinner.  Then we went to our SU group meeting and did some fantastic projects which I will show later.  Rose had great projects lined up!  Then yesterday, Sonnie and I took a trip to Fredericksburg and visited AC Moore and the scrapbooking store in that huge mall.  I found nine our of the twelve new Ranger distressing inks.  They are so pretty!  Anyhoo, the card above is usisng SparkleNSprinkle stamps.  I used parchement vellum to stamp the designs on and then colored with Copic markes.  I used a couple of the embossing powders from SNS, the clear and moss.  I also used Ranger distressing inks to color in the background using the ink blending tool.  The parchment vellum really inks up nicely!  Now I've got to do a little bit of housework and then get into my room to sort through my new toys!  Have a great day!

  1. Ooh, I really like this. It would make a great birthday card for a man. I find they are so hard to stamp for!

  2. What a great way of creating fantastic backgrounds for any card! It really sets off the stained glass style stamps.

  3. Very pretty, Eleanor! I love that stained glass tree image.
