SPARKLING WINTRY SENSATIONS BLOG HOP

Welcome to the Sparkle N Sprinkle "Sparkling Wintry Sensations” blog hop! If you hopped here by way of Shona, then you're in the right spot. If you'd like to start from the beginning and become eligible for SIX great prizes, then click www.sparklensprinkle.com.blog/.  I'm not going into much detail regarding my cards but I have given you links to the SNS website where you can find the directions if interested.

My card represents one of our all wintertime favorites -- the snowman.  I hope he doesn't melt too fast in this heat! LOL.  The snowflakes and oval lacey die were die cut using the Grand Calibur from http://www.spellbinderspaperarts.com/.  The complete directions can be found at http://sparklensprinkle.com/g/view_photo.php?set_albumName=Christmas-New-Year&id=avw.  A very simple card that any beginner can gain inspration from!

My second card shows the baby snowman and the directions can be found at http://sparklensprinkle.com/g/view_photo.php?set_albumName=Christmas-New-Year&id=avv.  I used shiny gold, white, and navy metallic cardstock for this one.  I used Crimson Flocking FL114 on his hat.  Isn't that darling?!

Maybe I am one of “The Five” with a SECONDARY prize, so don't forget to leave a comment to become eligible for the Grand Prize and one of the 5 secondary prizes, then hop on over to Julie's Blog at http://www.thewritestuff.justwritedesigns.com/.

  1. Snowmen! Who doesn't love them! (easy to say, since we live in Florida) LOL Darling cards, Eleanor. Such gentle shading in the first card. Great idea to make die cuts from the Heritage Ornaments, and then stamp inside! Wouldn't the children enjoy decorating a tree with ornaments like that? Great cards!
